If you are vaccinated, you can still get infected again and if you get infected, carry the same viral load as non-vaccinated. Viral load (measured by cycle threshold on PCR testing) confers a measure of how infectious a person is thus a vaccinated person ill with Covid would be just as likely to transmit the illness to someone else as a non-vaccinated person.
