He has treated the full spectrum of work related injuries ranging from acute trauma to the most complex and chronic injury patients. He holds a record in Ohio for helping an injured worker return to work after 22 years of Temporary Total Disability. While serving as Medical Director for Ford Motor Company, he instituted 2 best practices and the employee population he treated recorded the lowest per capita workers compensation costs across all of Ford Stamping for 4 years of his tenure.
